Are your services also suitable for smaller projects?
Yes, we also support smaller projects that require a structured approach based on established project management methods.
Our focus is on projects in the energy and industrial sectors – particularly high-voltage facilities such as substations and power line connections.
What does stakeholder management include?
Stakeholder management covers the identification, analysis and engagement of all relevant project participants. The aim is to ensure clear communication and to avoid conflicts early.
How do you help resolve conflicts between stakeholders?
We develop clear communication plans, lead workshops and support the moderation of meetings so that conflicts can be addressed in a structured, solution-oriented way.
What is schedule management, and why does it matter?
Schedule management is a central part of project management. It covers the creation, maintenance and alignment of project schedules, the tracking of milestones and contractual dates, and coordination with project participants. The goal is to define realistic timeframes, make dependencies transparent and create a reliable basis for steering the project.
As a consulting service we help you implement these processes efficiently – from analysis to operational support.
Which tools do you use for schedule management?
We rely on Microsoft Project. With it we create, maintain and monitor project schedules, track milestones and align timelines efficiently with all project participants.
What is technical documentation management?
It covers the creation, maintenance and administration of technical documents such as drawings, reports, minutes and manuals. The goal is to ensure compliance with standards and traceability.
How often should a risk analysis be carried out during a project?
A risk analysis is ideally performed at the start of the project and updated regularly throughout its duration. Reviews before critical phases or milestones are especially important – in coordination with the project lead and the relevant stakeholders on the client side. This allows new risks to be identified early and suitable measures to be initiated.
Do you also work on site?
Yes, we work both on site and remotely – flexibly and aligned with the requirements of your project. Regular meetings and site visits are part of our scope and can be arranged individually.
Our headquarters in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main allows us to reach projects throughout Germany quickly and with minimal effort – centrally located with excellent rail, motorway and airport connections. Wherever possible we deliberately leave the car behind and travel by train to use project time more efficiently. This adds value for our clients and reduces our CO₂ footprint.
This approach is complemented by our digital infrastructure, which enables smooth and efficient collaboration.
How are your services billed?
Depending on the project, billing is either hourly or as a fixed fee. We agree the model individually with you to ensure transparency and planning certainty.
