Project Manager / Project Controller (m/f/d) – Energy Infrastructure

S01 Projektmanagement GmbH (pronounced “es null eins”) is a modern, growth-oriented project management and consulting company focused on energy infrastructure projects.

We are looking for personalities who want to make energy tangible – through solution-oriented thinking, a passion for progress and the courage to take responsibility.

Your tasks

  • Steering projects in the power market (substations, line connections)
  • Scheduling and schedule monitoring (MS Project)
  • Coordination of interfaces and project participants
  • Documentation management
  • Active involvement in the entire sales cycle and support for business development

Your profile

  • University degree in engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of project management experience, ideally in the energy sector
  • Confident use of MS 365, MS Project and common PM tools
  • Knowledge of project management methods and standards (PMI, IPMA)

How the application process works

  2. Review and feedback

    We review your application documents and usually get back to you within 1–2 weeks.

  3. Personal conversation

    If your profile matches S01, we arrange a first conversation to talk about professional experience, qualifications, expectations and motivation. It usually takes place as a video call and lasts 30–60 minutes.

  4. Decision

    If you have convinced us, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps. If everything fits, you receive a binding offer.

Frequently asked questions

Which projects does S01 Projektmanagement work on?

We specialise in project management for energy infrastructure projects – in particular power generation, transmission and distribution.

Which qualifications are required for an application?

We are looking for committed profiles in engineering, business administration, law and finance to drive both technical projects and the development and management of specific business areas. Very good German and English skills are required for all positions.

Are there remote working options?

Yes, some roles can be performed remotely.

Other positions – particularly in project management and administration – mostly require on-site presence, not only in the office but also on construction sites, to ensure close coordination with the team and clients. Details are given in each job description.

How does the application process work?
